Kshema Power has secured an order from Oyster Green Hybrid Three to build a 33/220kV AIS substation in Madhya Pradesh.
The substation will be part of Oyster Green's 350-MW wind-solar hybrid project, which aims to bolster the clean energy evacuation capacity in one of India’s growing renewable energy hubs. Kshema Power’s role includes supplying, erecting, testing, and commissioning a 51-km transmission line, along with the full design, engineering, and installation of the substation.
The substation will be crucial for the integration of wind and solar power into the grid, enhancing the project's ability to deliver reliable energy. The project is set for completion by July 2026. Abhinand Basant, Deputy Managing Director of Kshema Power, emphasised the significance of this order as a milestone in their renewable transmission infrastructure efforts, highlighting the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality projects for India’s energy transition.
