Solex Energy, a leading solar solutions provider in India, has announced the launch of two new high-performance solar modules tailored for Rajasthan’s challenging climate.
The event, attended by Solex leadership including Chairman & MD Chetan Shah, marked a key milestone in the company’s strategic expansion in the state. The newly launched Tapi R module is India’s first rectangular cell solar panel powered by N-Type TOPCon technology.
With a power output range of 595–625 W and 23.14 percent efficiency, it features 132 half-cut rectangular cells. The module offers enhanced low-light performance, improved thermal tolerance, and a 12-year product warranty along with a 30-year linear performance guarantee, making it suitable for both rooftop and utility-scale applications.
The second launch, the Tapi Series, is an N-Type dual-glass module with 570–595 W output and 23.03 percent efficiency, designed to withstand Rajasthan’s extreme heat, UV exposure, and dust. It features 144 half-cut cells and offers robust PID resistance and mechanical strength, backed by the same warranty terms.
