Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) Tower-I in Mangalagiri on 8 February 2019.
The investor facilitation centre has been designed as a single platform for investors to interact with government officials from multiple departments, including corporations in one location and take their investments forward at a much greater pace.
Tower-I is built in an area of 2.26 acre and comprises an 11-storey structure. About 2.96 lakh sq ft of space is available in Tower-I. The project is constructed at a cost of Rs 110 crore.
The APIIC experience centre on the 11th floor will provide an interactive map of Andhra Pradesh’s industrial land, providing information on infrastructure availability like roads, water, power, etc.
The offices of APIIC, Commissionerate of Industries, APEDB, APIDC, Fibernet will be housed in Tower-I.
The CM also laid the foundation stone for Tower-II which will have a built-up space of three lakh sq ft.
