NBCC (India) has witnessed a significant boost in its order book by securing projects worth Rs 271.32 crore.
The new work orders, awarded in the regular course of business, include a variety of infrastructural projects across multiple cities. Among these are the construction of institutional buildings for the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) in Chandigarh, Ranchi, and Baroda, with a combined value of Rs 9.13 crore. In addition, NBCC has been entrusted with the development of a headquarters building at Lodhi Road for Rs 26.06 crore, as well as a Centre of Excellence (COE) building at Jaipur for Rs 4 crore.
The largest project in this batch is the Namami Ganga Aquarium-cum-Discovery Learning Centre in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, valued at Rs 232.13 crore. This project from the Department of Fisheries, Uttarakhand, reflects NBCC's growing presence in the development of specialized facilities.
