Submer and Anant Raj Cloud have partnered to accelerate the rollout of sovereign, AI-ready datacentre infrastructure across India, supporting the country’s digital economy.
Under the collaboration, Submer, a full-stack AI infrastructure provider, will combine its modular, liquid-cooled and energy-efficient computing platforms with Anant Raj’s datacenter campuses and operational capabilities. The partnership will enable rapid deployment of high-density facilities designed for large-scale enterprise and government AI workloads, while meeting India’s data sovereignty requirements. Positioned as an example of the EU–India Trade Deal in action, the collaboration brings liquid-cooling technology from Spain together with India’s physical infrastructure. Customers will be able to access AI-ready compute through an end-to-end model powered by Submer’s neocloud and inference platform, InferX.
Anant Raj, with campuses in Manesar and Panchkula, Haryana, is expanding beyond traditional colocation into utility-grade AI infrastructure for GPU-intensive use. According to Dev Tyagi of Submer, “This partnership supports far higher computing capacity in the same physical footprint and establishes a blueprint for industrialized, AI-application-ready data centers.”
