ATS Homekraft will develop a 63-acre plotted development 'Province D Olympia' near the upcoming Noida International airport. The company has successfully sold around 400 residential plots worth over Rs 1,200 crore in the project on Yamuna Expressway in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.

The project, part of a larger 100-acre township, received an overwhelming response with over 1,000 expressions of interest. "The total sale bookings value for the first phase is Rs 1,200 crore," ATS Group MD Udaivir Anand said. The plots, priced between Rs two to four crore, were sold out, and a second phase with approx. 200 more plots will be launched later. The township includes 35 percent green space and already features the 'ATS Allure' group housing project with 1,100 apartments. Future plans include serviced apartments and a high-street retail project.

ATS Group has completed and delivered over 4,000 homes in Noida, Gurugram, and Chandigarh in the last 30 months In October, ATS Homekraft sold around 340 luxury homes worth ?825 crore in the first phase of 'Sanctuary 105' on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, with a second phase of 400 flats set to launch this year.
