Abu Dhabi based National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) has reportedly
bagged an order worth $162 million (approx Rs 753 crore) from ONGC for the
engineering and construction work for for RS-12 oil well platform project at the Mumbai
High South.
The scope of work envisages survey, design and detailed engineering,
procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, hook-up,
pre-commissioning and commissioning of under-sea pipelines and composite
under-sea cables. The project is expected to be completed by April 2011.
