Adani Road Transport has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary Panagarh Palsit Road (PPRPL) with a paid-up share capital of Rs one lakh.
PPRPL will undertake development, operation, maintenance and management of the project, six-laning of National Corridor NH-19 from Panagarh to Palsit from 521.120 km to 588.870 km (total design length 67.750 km) in the state of West Bengal under Bharatmala Pariyojana to be executed on build-operate-transfer (BOT)-toll basis and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard.
PPRPL is incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on 13 April 2021 and is yet to commence its business operations.
