Adani Road Transport (ARTL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises (AEL), has received a letter of award (LoA) for a hybrid annuity mode (HAM) road project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
ARTL had recently participated in the tender under HAM project issued by NHAI.
The scope of work includes four-laning of NH-365A from Kodad (design 0.00 km/existing 185.00 km of NH-65) to Khammam (design 31.800 km/ existing 29.400 km) (design length - 31.800 km) in the state of Telangana under Bharatmala Pariyojana.
With this project award, Adani Group will have a total of eight NHAI road projects under HAM and toll-operate-transfer (TOT) in the states of Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala and Gujarat.
The bid project cost is Rs 1,039 crore and the first year operation and maintenance is Rs 6.50 crore. The construction period is two years and the operation period is 15 years.
