Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has secured a contract from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), New Delhi, under the Central Vista Project Division-12.
The EPC order involves the construction of the Common Central Secretariat Building at Plot No. 23 B & C, Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi, and focuses on civil construction. The contract is valued at Rs 3,069.70 crore, including GST. It is expected to be completed within 21 months. The scope of work includes the building of a state-of-the-art facility, contributing to the expansion and modernization of government infrastructure in the capital.
This order marks an important step in the ongoing redevelopment of the Central Vista area in New Delhi.
