The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has invited bids for the development of an integrated group housing facility at Parixitlal Nagar Quarters in the Danilimala area (TPS 37), covering FP 17, 18, 21, 23, 25, and 27.

The project will be undertaken on a public-private partnership (PPP) basis under the Gujarat State Government's Redevelopment of Public Housing Scheme 2016. With an estimated value of Rs 237.1 crore, the contract aims to revamp the public housing infrastructure in the area, providing modern, well-designed living spaces to residents. The development will focus on constructing residential units along with necessary amenities and infrastructure to create a sustainable, community-oriented environment. The project will also enhance the overall living standards and urban development of the region.

The bid sumission process will close on 19 February, 2026.
