Airfloa Rail Technology has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Janatics Industrial Automation to develop and supply automatic door systems for railway applications, including Freight EMUs and Vande Bharat platforms.

The scope of products includes double leaf plug doors, automatic single leaf plug doors, pocket sliding doors, and automatic fire barrier doors. Airfloa will lead tender participation, customer engagement, and project execution. This partnership strengthens Airfloa’s position in the growing market for automatic door systems, a crucial component for modern railway coaches.

By expanding its offerings, the company aims to secure a larger role in both component-level and integrated railway projects, with a focus on clear execution, commercial discipline, and long-term involvement in modern railway programs.
