Ajmera Realty & Infra India plans to make a Rs 7,000 crore investment in Wadala locality of Mumbai to develop 2.3 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial space.
The company aims to unlock over Rs 12,000 crore in value from this land over the next four to five years. Key projects include the second phase of Ajmera Manhattan, worth Rs 1,750 crore, and a boutique office development spread across six lakh sq. ft., valued at Rs 1,800 crore.
Ajmera Realty is also entering the luxury residential market with a nearly 1.4 million sq. ft. project projected at Rs 5,700 crore. The subsequent phases of Ajmera Manhattan, covering nine lakh sq. ft, will add Rs 3,200 crore in value.
