Alligator Automations, a leading provider of end-of-line packaging and robotic automation solutions, has inaugurated a new Rs 40-crore manufacturing facility in Pune.
This expansion marks a significant step in the company’s vision to build a world-class Indian engineering organization and supply advanced automation systems to global markets. The new plant is expected to triple its production capacity, with an annual manufacturing capability of Rs 500-600 crore. Spread across one lakh sq. ft., the facility is equipped with advanced fabrication lines, a modern powder-coating unit, automated storage systems, and a digital, paperless workflow. This will enable the company to handle large-scale projects simultaneously and reduce delivery timelines by nearly 20 percent.
The plant is also expected to boost exports by 30 percent and create over 500 employmnt opportunities in the next three years. Srinivas Choudhary, Founder and CEO, said, “This new plant is a major milestone in our journey to build an engineering company of global scale and global standards from India.”
