Aparna Constructions and Estates has launched its ultra-luxury residential gated community project, Aparna Greenscapes in Kompally, Hyderabad, with Rs 1,400 cr investment. The gated community is spread over 13-plus acres of land, featuring 768 premium apartments with three, four, and five-BHK formats ranging from 3,356 sq. ft. to 5,100 sq. ft.

The project has a clubhouse with two multi-purpose halls, swimming pool, gym, mini-theatre, and indoor games facilities include badminton courts, squash court, and a VR gaming room. The outdoor arena accommodates cricket nets, skating park, tennis court, mini golf and others. Further amenities include outdoor gym, activity deck, trampoline park, and zen garden.

The firm has a current portfolio of 77 projects across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, and 66 are residential properties and 11 are commercial and retail spaces. North Hyderabad has connectivity to all parts of the city, and offers convenient access to IT hubs and commercial centres.

Aparna Constructions is planning to build approx. 60 million sq. ft. in the next five years, and current projects include Aparna Kanopy Marigold, Aparna Kanopy YellowBells & Aparna Serenity with over 3,000 residential units, of which Aparna Kanopy Marigold and Aparna Serenity are ‘ready to move-in’.
