Aparna Constructions and Estates has announced the launch of two gated community apartment projects, Aparna Newlands and Aparna Sarovar Towers in Hyderabad, Telangana with a combined investment of Rs 2,425 crore. These projects collectively consist of more than 2,500 apartments, offering individual unit sizes ranging from approx. 1,475 sq. ft. to 3,700 sq. ft.

Spanning over 14-plus acres, Aparna Newlands at Tellapur boasts eight high-rise towers, each comprising 42 floors, totaling 1976 units. It provides a selection of 2.5 BHK and three-BHK apartments, and sizes range from 1,475 sq. ft. for 2.5 BHK units to 1,991 sq. ft. for three-BHK units. With IT corridor in the vicinity and educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and colleges within a 30-minute drive, the connectivity to the Outer Ring Road (ORR) is a major plus.

Over 80 percent of the area of the project is open space, and amenities include a modern clubhouse offering a variety of recreational activities, and temperature-controlled swimming pool. Aparna Sarovar Towers, a 50-floor high-rise, are the tallest towers in Nallagandla. The project spans a five-plus acres, presenting a total of 585 units distributed among three towers. The units are available in configurations of 2,878 sq. ft. to 3,700 sq. ft. in three and four-BHK configurations, featuring east and west facing apartments. It offers a private lobby and four podiums, offering views of the landscaped gardens while ensuring privacy.

Both projects are designed to offer spacious bedrooms, with sit-outs, and well-planned kitchens, with an emphasis on natural light, energy efficiency, and airflow, adherence to 100 percent Vaastu compliance. Aparna Constructions' plan includes launching five additional projects, primarily focusing on gated communities and plots, in the premium/ultra-luxury segments.
