Arkade Developers has secured the occupation certificate (OC) for Arkade Aura, a luxury redevelopment project in Santacruz West locality of Mumbai, in December 2024. This accomplishment comes a full year before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) deadline, showcasing the developer’s commitment to timely delivery.

Arkade Aura, completed in just 26 months since construction began in November 2022, epitomizes luxury and thoughtful design. The development features four towers, each with 11 residential floors, and includes a ground-plus-two podium structure.

The project comprises three-and-four -bedroom residences spread across one acre with only 100 units, ensuring low-density living and spacious layouts. Notable elements include a double-height grand entrance lobby and two parking levels. Among the highlights of Arkade Aura is the eco-deck on Podium 3, which offers over 20 recreational amenities designed to provide leisure and comfort to residents.

This achievement marks Arkade Developers' third early OC delivery in the western suburbs during FY2024-25, following similar successes with 'Arkade Crown' and 'Arkade Aspire'. Looking forward, Arkade Developers is strategically expanding its footprint in Mumbai, with a robust pipeline of eight upcoming projects.
