Mumbai-based Arkade Developers has signed a development agreement (DA) for the redevelopment of the Jal Ratan Deep project at Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West.

The project, spanning around 4,640.60 sq. mtrs.will feature luxurious two-and -three BHK residences, along with commercial spaces. The development, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 350 crore, aims to cater to high-end buyers seeking larger homes and will enhance the commercial ecosystem in the area, further strengthening the mixed-use aspect of Bangur Nagar. Amit Jain, CMD of Arkade Developers, emphasised, "This development aligns with our vision of building sustainable, future-ready urban spaces." He also mentioned that the company has completed four projects and has three ongoing in the Goregaon-Malad area.

In addition to Jal Ratan Deep, Arkade plans another nearby project with a GDV of Rs 230 crore. This move further solidifies Arkade’s presence in the region, offering long-term value to residents and potential buyers.
