Arkade Developers has announced plans to redevelop three residential projects in Mumbai, and expects to generate Rs 2,150 crore in revenue. The projects are located in prime micro-markets within the western suburbs: Andheri East, Malad West, and Borivali West.
The company will develop 20,232 sq. mtrs. (approx. five acres) across these locations, with a projected saleable carpet area of about 5.85 lakh sq. ft. This is expected to contribute a turnover of Rs 2,150 crore.
