Ashiana Housing has launched Phase 2 of its senior living project, Ashiana Vatsalya, in Chennai.

Following the success of Phase 1, which generated Rs 167 crore from the sale of 205 out of 258 units since March 2024, Phase 2 has already garnered 28 expressions of interest before the official launch. Phase 2 offers one-BHK, two-BHK, and three-BHK apartments priced between Rs 75 lakh and Rs 1.61 crore, with possession expected by July 2028. The project is part of a larger 1,114-unit development and includes a 42,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, concierge services, and extensive sports and lifestyle amenities.
