Ashiana Housing has announced plans to invest Rs 750 crore to develop a new residential project, 'Ashiana Aaroham,' in Sector-80, Gurugram.
The project will span 10.8 acres and feature 542 residential units. The first phase, with an investment of Rs 250 crore, will offer 182 units, priced between Rs 2.99 crore and Rs 4.19 crore. Varun Gupta, WholeTime Director of Ashiana Housing, highlighted that the project will focus on being child-centric, aligning with the company's commitment to creating family-friendly environments.
Ashiana Housing has successfully delivered a number of kid-centric projects, such as Ashiana Amarah in Sector 93, Gurugram, Ashiana Town in Bhiwadi, and Ashiana Umang in Jaipur. The company's diverse portfolio includes over 55 projects across four key categories: senior living, premium homes, elite homes, and kid-centric homes. Additionally, the company currently manages and maintains over 19 million sq. ft. under lifetime service contracts.
Ashiana Housing, a Delhi-based firm, operates in eight Indian cities and has already constructed over 23 million sq. ft. of space.
