B L Kashyap and Sons, a leading engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company in India, has received a new domestic order worth Rs 254.22 crore from DLF Home Developers.

The contract covers the civil structural works, rough finishing, waterproofing, and associated construction activities for a development at Sector 63, Gurugram. The scope includes one high-rise tower along with several ancillary low-rise buildings and related structures. The contract is expected to be executed over a period of approx. 37 months.

Managing Director Vineet Kashyap said the award reflects DLF’s confidence in the company’s technical capabilities and execution standards. The new project strengthens B L Kashyap’s growing presence in Gurugram, which continues to experience strong development momentum.
