Kesar India has acquired a prime land parcel in Hingna, Nagpur, marking a major step in its national expansion strategy. 

The 24,256 sq. mtrs. plot, with a development potential of over 1.50 million sq. ft., will be used for a mixed-use high-rise project aimed at serving Nagpur’s rising demand for integrated urban spaces. The company expects the project to generate about Rs 900 crore in revenue, strengthening its growth trajectory in one of Maharashtra’s fastest-growing regions. Management stated that the acquisition enhances its project pipeline and reaffirms its commitment to delivering high-quality developments across India. 

The new project is positioned to capitalise on the city’s upward momentum, reinforcing Kesar India’s role in shaping emerging urban markets across the region today. As the Company noted, “Nagpur is rapidly evolving as a major urban and commercial hub, and we are confident that this development will create long-term value for our customers, stakeholders, and the city.”
