Ashoka Buildcon has won a contract for the construction of the proposed signature bridge connecting Jampore Sea Front road near the Light House to Devka Sea Front road at Parkota Sheri in Daman.
The company has received the letter of acceptance (LoA) from the Public Works Department – Daman, for the work which is part of a significant infrastructure initiative aimed at enhancing connectivity in the region. The order is worth Rs 307.71 crore, excluding GST. The time frame for completing the design and building works is set at 30 months.
The company will be responsible for a range of activities, including design, construction, and commissioning of the bridge.
