Aspire Spaces is planning to develop a residential villas 'Aspire Bhavya' at Nandigama, Sanga Reddy in the state of Telangana.
The project will spread over 43.46 acre of land parcel and comprises 354 villas including parking spaces.
The project also received environment clearance from SEIAA, Telangana.
As per the information shared with Projects Today, work on the project is expected to commence Q4 of FY2023.
The company is expecting to complete the project by Q2 of FY2026.
