Pune based Autoline Industries has chalked out capex plan of Rs 255 crore for
brownfield expansion.
The proposed expansion is likely to involve an additional 40 acre to the
existing facility over 100 acre and is slated to be completed by 2011. The
company is planning to augment the production line, creating a tool room and
adding prototyping/designing facilities at three sites in Pune district. The
company is likely fund the project through internal accruals and term loans.
This apart, the company has sought mega status for its project from the
Maharashtra Government which is likely to be granted by January 2010. It has
manufacturing units at Chakan, Bhosari, Kudalwadi and Pimpri in Pune.
