Trusted Aerospace Engineering (TASE Global), based in Chennai, has opened a new Rs 150 crore advanced machining unit at Sriperumbudur, aimed at catering to global aerospace and industrial customers.
As part of its expansion, the company plans to invest an additional Rs 100 crore over the next year. Of this, Rs 40 crore will go towards setting up a surface treatment facility incorporating zero liquid discharge, expected to be operational by April. Another Rs 60 crore will be invested in creating a cleanroom and specialised machinery for the semiconductor equipment industry, with the facility set to open by December.
