Avinash Bhosale Infrastructure Group has unveiled a housing project 'Verde' in Pune, Maharashtra.
The company is developing the project in association with Clover Builders and CloverRealty from the city. All three partners will invest equally in the high-end project. Construction work has already started and the housing project will be ready for possession in the next three-and-half years.
The project, spread over five acre, will comprise three 14-storey towers. It will offer a total of 128 units of three and four BHK apartments in the 3,000 - 4,800 sq ft range, and five units of 7,000 sq ft duplexes.
Amenities at the project include a 42 mtr swimming pool with infinity edge and Jacuzzi, squash court, dedicated spa areas, gold simulators, multi-purpose hall, activity lawn, ultra-modern gym, a 20-seat mini theatre and box cricket facility, among others.
