India’s first Net-Zero engineering company, BOOTES, has launched BOOTES Homes, a vertical dedicated to futuristic luxury villas designed to last 100 years while ensuring strong investment returns.
With an initial outlay of over Rs 650 crore, the company will deliver climate-smart, crisis-ready homes in cultural and spiritual hubs including Vrindavan, Jhansi, Prayagraj, Varanasi, and Ayodhya. The villas are designed with AQI levels under 50, earthquake resistance up to magnitude 9, and complete offgrid readiness, eliminating reliance on external power, water, or sewer networks. Each unit also features a CBRN-protected bunker, positioning them as secure and sustainable long-term assets.
BOOTES’ credibility is reinforced by its record of iconic Net-Zero projects like the world’s first Net-Zero Library (Jhansi), Museum (Kurukshetra), and Cold Storage (Rewari), all recognised by IFC–World Bank and Asia’s fastest construction benchmarks.
Founder & MD Deepak Rai stated, “With BOOTES Homes, we are not just building villas; we are building a new standard of living safe, sustainable, and self-reliant.” Director–Strategy Manab Rakshit added, “Our vision is to create energy-independent, water-secure homes designed to thrive for the next century.”
