Berger Paints is set to invest Rs 2,000 crore over the next three years for greenfield and brownfield expansions to strengthen its market presence. The company aims to double its revenue to Rs 20,000 crore by 2030.
A key focus is the construction of its largest plant in Odisha with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore, expected to be operational by 2027. Meanwhile, the brownfield expansion at Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh, for solvent-based paints, is underway with a projected completion this year at a cost of Rs 250 crore. Additionally, the Panagarh facility in West Bengal will begin operations in 2026 with an investment of Rs 600 crore.
Berger Paints currently holds a 22 percent market share and is also exploring acquisitions for inorganic growth. Chairperson Rishma Kaur emphasized the company’s focus on sustainable growth, network expansion, and innovation.
