The Bhopal Development Authority (BDA) has invited expressions of interest (EoIs) for the planning, development, and execution of an "Educity" at Bhauri, located near Raja Bhoj Airport in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
The project will cover an area of approx. 1,500 hectares, with the goal of creating a world-class educational and innovation hub. EoIs are invited from qualified urban planning and design firms, developers, academic and research institutions, infrastructure companies, and consortiums.
Interested parties can submit the EoI by the closing date of 02 December, 2025.
