Bhutani Infra has officially taken possession of the first phase of Bhutani Bayview International Film City in Noida, spanning 230 acres with an investment of Rs 1,510 crore. Designed as a fully integrated hub for filmmaking, it will feature state-of-the-art sound stages, a dedicated film university, and cutting-edge production facilities.

The project supports all stages of production, incorporating advanced infrastructure such as virtual studios, underwater filming facilities, and high-tech LED screens for real-time visualisation, eliminating the need for traditional green screens. It aligns with the Uttar Pradesh government’s vision under the Uttar Pradesh Film Policy 2023, offering subsidies and incentives to attract investment while generating thousands of jobs.

Strategically located six km from Noida International Airport in Sector 21, YEIDA, it aims to establish Noida as a global filmmaking destination. A standout feature in the second phase will be a massive "?" symbol spanning 250 acres, designed to be visible from space. Sustainability remains a priority, with production and commercial spaces targeting GRIHA 4-Star and IGBC Gold Certification.

The project will be anchored by The Gateway, featuring twin towers and a sphere arcade, linking commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces. The Island Resort will provide high-end accommodations, fostering a work-live environment. The Film Academy will integrate production facilities to develop industry-ready professionals, while The Studios will cater to both domestic and international projects. The Film Arts Village will house boutique studios, galleries, and workshops, promoting creative synergies. The Red-Carpet Zone will host premieres and industry events, further positioning Noida as a key player in global entertainment. Canal Walk & The Greenway will enhance public engagement with cultural pavilions, waterside dining, and a dynamic waterfront promenade.
