The Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation (OBCC) has invited bids for the selection of an agency to prepare the detailed project report (DPR) for the proposed Namo Expressway. 

The expressway will connect Paralakhemundi in Gajapati district to Ambahona in Bargarh district, aiming to improve road connectivity between the remote areas of southern and western Odisha. The project is a strategic initiative to enhance regional accessibility, reduce travel time, and facilitate socio-economic development in underserved regions. 

The scope of work for the selected agency will include route alignment surveys, feasibility studies, traffic analysis, preparation of engineering designs, cost estimates, environmental and social impact assessments, and finalisation of the DPR as per required standards.  

Interested firms are required to submit their bids before the closing date of 23 October, 2025.
