The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has issued a tender for the construction of additional quarters for staff and officers of the Reserve Bank of India at Char Imli, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, under EPC Mode-III.
The scope of work includes the construction of 72 Grade A quarters, 10 Grade D & E quarters, one Grade F quarter, an RD bungalow, and 28 Class-III quarters. The facility will also feature a swimming pool, a 33kV electrical substation, and a four-story facility block. The total estimated cost of the project is Rs. 130.13 crore. The development aims to enhance residential infrastructure for RBI staff and officers in the region.
The bid submisison process will close on 30 January 2026.
