The Narmada and Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department has invited bids for the construction of a barrage and protection works across the Sabarmati River at Falu, in Vijapur Taluka of Mehsana district, Gujarat.
With an estimated cost of 231.51 crore, the work is expected to be completed within 18 months. The scope of work encompasses the construction of a barrage, riverbank protection measures, and related infrastructure improvements designed to safeguard water resources and ensure sustainable supply. The essential allied activities are aimed at enhancing water management in the region.
