The Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation has invited bids for the construction of hostel buildings for boys and girls studying in government residential schools across several districts.
The project will cover areas including Bhandara, Chandrapur, Gondia, New Gondia, and Gadchiroli. These hostels are intended to accommodate students from Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhists under the Social Justice and Special Assistance Department of the Maharashtra government. The scope of the work includes not the building construction as well as electrical installations, at an estimated cost of Rs 156.1 crore.
The deadline for bid submission is 23 January, 2026.
