National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for six laning of NH-2 in Bihar and Jharkhand.
The scope of work for the three projects are:
1. Six laning of Aurangabad to Bihar/Jharkhand border (Chordaha) section of NH-2 from 180.000 km to 249.525 km in the state of Bihar, under NHDP Phase-V (Package-I), through hybrid annuity mode (HAM). The estimated cost of the project is Rs 835.26 crore.
2. Six laning of Bihar-Jharkhand border (Chordaha) to Gorhar section of NH-2 from 249.525 km to 320.810 km in the state of Jharkhand, under NHDP Phase-V, on hybrid annuity mode (HAM) (Package-II). The estimated cost of the project is Rs 1,071.51 crore.
3. Six laning of Gorhar to Barwa Adda section of NH-2 from 320.810 km to 400.132 km in the state of Jharkhand, under NHDP Phase-V, (Package-III), on hybrid annuity mode (HAM). The estimated cost of the project is Rs 1,303.2 crore.
