The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has invited bids for the construction of a multi-level, automatic car parking complex at the Charminar Old Bus Stand in Hyderabad, Telangana.
The project will be developed under the public-private partnership (PPP) model, specifically using the design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) approach. The car parking complex aims to address the growing demand for parking space in the historic and high-traffic Charminar area. This initiative is part of GHMC's broader plan to enhance urban infrastructure and ease congestion in the city. The facility will include advanced, automated parking systems to optimise space usage.
Interested developers must submit their bids by the closing date of 27 December, 2025.
