The Andaman & Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation (ANIIDCO) has invited bids from the private sector for the development of a five-star eco-tourism resort at Shaheed Dweep Island in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
The project will be executed under the design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) model on a public-private partnership (PPP) basis. The selected bidder will be granted a long-term concession to develop and operate the resort. Located in Port Blair, Shaheed Dweep (formerly Neil Island) is known for its natural beauty, clean beaches, and rich biodiversity, making it a prime destination for high-end, environmentally conscious tourism.
The last date for bid submission is 15 September, 2025.
