Brigade Enterprises has strengthened its Hyderabad portfolio by acquiring a 4.04-acre land parcel in Neopolis Phase-3 for over Rs 475 crore through an HMDA auction, marking its second major investment in the rapidly emerging Kokapet corridor.
The deal follows last year’s acquisition of Plot No. 8, now being developed as Brigade Gateway, Hyderabad—a premium mixed-use project inspired by the company’s flagship Bengaluru development. The existing project integrates Orion Mall, World Trade Center Hyderabad, a five-star InterContinental hotel, and luxury residences, anchoring it as an upcoming business district.
The new acquisition further expands Brigade’s footprint in a market witnessing rising demand for Grade-A and mixed-use assets supported by infrastructure upgrades and proximity to the Outer Ring Road. Executive Director Amar Mysore said, “Hyderabad is a key market in our expansion strategy,” highlighting the city’s strong commercial demand, tech-driven growth, and the appeal of high-potential micro-markets like Neopolis.
