Brigade Enterprises, a Bengaluru-based real estate firm, has announced plans to invest approx.Rs 4,500 crore in a new mixed-use project at Neopolis Kokapet, Hyderabad. The 10-acre development, named 'Brigade Gateway' aims to capitalise on the rising demand for luxury homes and premium office spaces.
The project will encompass 45 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area, with 25 lakh sq. ft. dedicated to residential spaces and the remaining for commercial purposes. The residential component includes 600 luxury flats, priced between Rs four crore and Rs 12 crore, making it one of the tallest residential towers in Hyderabad at a height of 212 \mtrs.
On the commercial front, the development will feature a 20 lakh sq. ft. tower, including a six lakh sq. ft. mall, 10 lakh sq. ft. of office space, and a 300-key Intercontinental Hotel. The office spaces will be branded under the prestigious World Trade Centre (WTC) banner, offering flexible layouts with expansive floor spaces of up to 4,000 sq. mtrs.
The company intends to fund the project through a mix of equity, customer collections, and construction finance. The commercial spaces will be leased to corporates
This marks Brigade's fourth WTC project, out of six licenses the Group holds.
The project underscores the company’s vision of creating integrated urban spaces that cater to residential and corporate needs, contributing significantly to Hyderabad’s real estate market and urban development.
