Supreme Infrastructure India (SIIL) has received a letter of intent (LoI) to execute excavation and shore piling works for the One Forest Avenue project in Powai, Mumbai.
The contract, valued at Rs 71.31 crore, has been awarded by BSS Property Ventures and Rajeshwar Property Ventures, along with Brookfield Properties as the major stakeholder. The project involves extensive foundation work, including the excavation of 450,000 cubic mtrs. of soil and rock, and the installation of 300 mm diameter shore piling at an average depth of 15 mtrs. The work will also include necessary rock anchoring. This contract strengthens SIIL’s position as a leader in specialized civil engineering within the Mumbai metropolitan region.
As Vikram Sharma, Managing Director of SIIL, said, “This win is a significant milestone in our strategy to capture high-value projects aggressively.” The project reflects SIIL’s expertise in complex foundation and piling works and marks a major step in supporting world-class infrastructure development in Mumbai.
