This acquisition is a major strategic move for both groups. BHAGAVATHI is a professional services company providing environmental consultancy, environmental engineering, analytical and quality testing, water resource studies and technical training. It has accreditations / recognitions / approvals by the MoEF, New Delhi NABET, Quality Council of India accredited EIA consultant Organization, National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories as per ISO/IEC 17025:2005 in Chemical, Mechanical & Biological fields, Bureau of Indian Standards, New Delhi, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, Export Inspection Council of India, Indian Green Building Council (Membership No. CS-1325), Director General for Quality Assurance and, RITES.
