The City & Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) of Maharashtra has floated a tender for the construction of tenements under a rehousing and redevelopment project in Thane.
The scope of work includes the construction of approx. 3,833 tenements with development of commercial area and onsite infrastructure works under the proposed rehousing and redevelopment project in URC-02 at Kisan Nagar, Thane. The planned services cover installation of HVAC system, electrical system, building automation & security, plumbing system, fire fighting system, green building requirement and others.
The work has to be completed in 36 months, at an estimated cost of Rs 912.54 crore.
