The City & Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) has invited bids for works pertaining to the construction of Maha Awas DRS Housing Scheme at Plot No. 20, Sector 15A, CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Valued at Rs 610.1 crore, the project is a significant step in advancing urban residential development under CIDCO’s housing initiatives. Located in CBD-Belapur, the project will offer modern infrastructure, with emphasis on sustainable construction practices, amenities, and connectivity.

This scheme is expected to play a crucial role in catering to middle-income and economically weaker sections, while simultaneously strengthening CIDCO’s long-term vision of planned urban expansion. The housing initiative aligns with Maharashtra’s wider housing development strategies, aiming to improve living standards and urban growth. 

The closing date to submit the bid is 08 September, 2025.
