Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has announced a major development plan for the Palamuru region, committing over Rs 1,038 crore for various projects.
Speaking at the Praja Paalana Sabha in Makthal, he promised to achieve in ten years for leading initiatives with a strong focus on irrigation, education, and infrastructure. Key projects include the Makthal–Narayanpet–Kodangal Lift Irrigation Scheme, which will provide irrigation to 1.15 lakh acres, and the establishment of Young India Integrated Schools.
Additionally, CM Revanth emphasised significant developments at Palamuru University. "This plan will usher in a new era of progress for Palamuru, transforming it into a model region in the state,"he said. The comprehensive plan aims to bring sustainable growth and ensure long-term prosperity for the area, benefiting both the rural economy and local communities.
