Capacit’e Infraprojects has received a letter of intent (LoI) from TenX Realty, a step-down subsidiary of Raymond, for civil core and shell works on “The Address by GS – Bandra Project.” 

The contract, valued at Rs 220 crore, includes construction of two basements, ground plus 23 floors, and non-tower areas at Nirmal Nagar, Off Western Express Highway, Bandra (East), Mumbai.
