Chhattisgarh Tourism Board has invited bids for the development of a Film City in Nava Raipur, on a design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis.
The project site, located at Mana-Tuta, Sector 23, covers 93.64 acres, is estimated at Rs 337.48 crore and aims to create a premier destination for film, tourism, and recreation. The development period is fixed at five years from the date of agreement signing, with phased construction planned by the concessionaire.
Under Phase-I, facilities approved by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India will be implemented with support from a capital grant of Rs 133.95 crore. Following completion of the development stage and declaration of commercial operations date (COD), the operation & maintenance period will commence.
The bid submission deadline is 03 October, 2025.
