Crest Ventures, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) with Vensco Group to create the luxury mixed-use residential project 'Crest Golfshire' in Chembur, Mumbai.

This landmark development, undertaken through Crest Urban Living, will set a new standard for golf course-oriented luxury living in the city. Spread across 2.7 acres, the project will be located opposite the historic Bombay Presidency Golf Course. With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 1,850 crore, it aims to become one of Mumbai's most prestigious addresses. The project will feature spacious three-BHK and four-BHK homes, designed with vastu-aligned layouts and carpet areas ranging from 1,042 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft. The development will unlock over five lakh sq. ft. of saleable area and is registered under MahaRERA with construction already underway.

The real estate developer, has multiple residential projects underway across Mumbai and other parts of India, including Crest 4 Pali Hill and Crest Link in Bandra West, Crest Oaks in Andheri East, Crest Park in Jaipur, and Crest Greens – Phase 2 in Raipur.
