Realty major DLF plans to launch its first project in Mumbai by December 2024. The approval process is underway, along with the requisite clearance.
DLF will infuse Rs 400 crore as equity into the project with a potential saleable area of three million to 3.5 million sq. ft. The project in Andheri area of Mumbai will have apartments in the range of Rs 5.5 crore to Rs 7.5 crore. The company will have three-BHK and three BHK-plus configurations.
This project in Mumbai is a Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) project in a joint venture (JV) with the Trident Group. The first phase of the project consists of one million sq. ft. of development. DLF had announced its re-entry into the Mumbai real estate with this project in July 2023.
